Raw calzone...

I know these pictures seem downright mean since I'm not posting the recipe along with them. But... I have a good reason and the best of intentions! I have been working on creating recipes for my first raw recipe book. The calzone recipe, and recipes for everything it's stuffed with, will be included. 

I made a two drastic changes to the "bread" and it turned out exactly how I wanted: crispy, flavorful, and flakey. I really can't believe this is raw and I'm the one who made it. Raw food really is the best food ever. I hope you enjoy the pictures!
