We hosted our Seeds of Sunshine Raw Retreat in Allenspark back in May. We had such a great response to the retreat that we scheduled multiple rawlucks in Allenspark for the upcoming months. Allenspark is a small, quiet, mountain town with a strong interest in healing naturally, feeling better, and making better food choices. Cat (from the Sunshine Mountain Lodge) and I teamed up to host the first ever, Allenspark Rawluck on June 18th. 
The rawluck was held at The Old Gallery, a beautiful log cabin that now serves as a Gallery and Community Center for events like ours. What an incredible space to hold this type of event. The space creates a perfect atmosphere for a raw feast. The final tally of attendees was 27 people... WOW! Not bad for our FIRST rawluck in such a tiny, little town. After feasting like champions, we were blessed with Sound Healing from Miles & Joe of Paradise ER. Miles and Joe are the same Sound Healers who came to our raw retreat back in May.
If you missed the rawluck don't worry... we have another one coming up THIS month. We'd love to have you join us for raw food and another Sound Healing session. This month's rawluck is on July 23rd at 7:00 p.m. at The Old Gallery in Allenspark.
