2nd Annual Gourmet Raw Retreat
The
Gourmet Feasts served at the first May retreat were SO incredible! We
decided to give those who were not able to attend the opportunity to
experience the magic. Each evening we were presented with an amazing
feast. The first night was an Italian Feast, the second night we had
an Indian Feast and the final night we feasted on Mexican food! I
have heard rumors of a possible Asian Feast in the works.
Your retreat will include daily yoga, hikes, hot tubs,
classes/presentations and wonderful raw food. You can expect juicing,
smoothies, cereals, fruit (DIY style) for breakfast. Lunch will
include loaded salads, sandwiches and wraps – and your feast for dinner!
